Mylene
AmiGo Team
To all my XGO friends, I am incredibly proud to be a part of the AmiGO team! My mission will be to be a partner for any of our forever G.O friends who need a friend or partner through a challenging time or if they need an XGO to talk to. You must have worked for Club Med to understand our bond for life together. I worked for Club Med from 1994 to 2008 starting out as a bartender in Martinique and as a district sales manager in Montreal. When my time with Club Med ended, I was fortunate to have a former forever G.O to talk to, and this is why I decided to become a Pioneer AmiGO to give back to someone who could use the support that I needed during that time in my life. And sometimes, even now, our XGO friends may still need that special bond of friendship. We have to be there for them through a challenging moment. The extensive two-month training program has prepared me for all kinds of situations, and I feel that I’m ready to be there for someone, no matter the situation, or even just to talk to someone. It would be my honor to chat with you.

Carlos
AmiGO Team
I started my CM career as an au pair in 1989 and continued being an au pair during college vacations. Soon after, I presented my final exam, and on the same day, I went to work at Punta Cana. I moved to the USA in 1997; since then, I have lived in Delaware with my XGO wife, Karen, and my two daughters (Savannah& Miranda). I work as Sr. Community Relations for Delaware and the Easter Shore of Maryland for Waste Management (WM). · I became an AmiGO because I believe in helping others who may be in the same circumstances as I was when I left CM. My training, now known as “El Profesor Howard and Angie,” was exciting and helped me discover many new things about human behavior and myself.

Anna
AmiGO Team
Hi! I'm Anna, formerly known in Club Med as Hurricane Anna or Rubia, and it is an honour to be a part of the Forever G.O family and an AmiGO mentor! My Club Med adventures from 1998 to 2004 saw me in the boutique, hostess, and Chief of Excursions, and what an adventure it was. Post Club Med life, I found myself wondering where I belonged. I traveled to live in the UK, the DR, and back home to Ottawa, where I developed my own fitness business, providing trauma and violence-informed training online and around my city. Joining the AmiGO program has been an incredible experience. Through a rigorous eight-week training, I have developed more confidence and compassion, and most of all, I've found another new family to adore. As a mum, the AmiGO program has offered me extensive skills to add to my repertoire and to bring to those in need, especially since we all share a special bond that makes us family forever! My G.O family is my 2nd family, and that is forever! I can't wait to connect and approach this role with great humility, excitement, and gratitude!
